India Winter Break – Details

Prerequisites:

1. Complete yesplus Course or Art of Living Course
2. Have a valid Passport and Visa

• The price range for yesplus Winter Break is $505 – $785, depending on your choice of housing.  Housing choices range from a dorm (5 people per room) to a double (2 people per room).

• The cost of the North India Trip is an additional $545.
  
  
• Approximate Budget for Airfare $1,200 - $1,500 (or less if ya got miles or get lucky!)

Art of Living Campus Facilities

The Art of Living campus is located outside of Bangalore city. It’s a large and peaceful campus, full of greenery.
It’s not Club Med or a 5-star resort, it’s India! But we still find it’s got everything (and more!) that we need:

1. Cots, Mattress, Pillow, Pillow Cover, Bed Sheet, Blanket
2. Ayurvedic Travelling Kit (Hand wash, Shampoo)
3. Participant need to bring own toiletries but there is a store on campus that also sells necessities
4. Hot water facility between 5.30 AM-6AM but remember it’s hot in India so cool showers will be welcome
5. Inside ashram shuttle service is available every 30 minutes
6. Delicious Vegetarian Food including a spice-free section at the international dining hall
7. Primary Health care facility
8. Ashram tours
9. Laundry, turn-around time is 2-3 days
10. Ayurvedic massage facilities with daily appointment availabilities.
