Shubhangi is not just a skilled chef but also a dear friend. She lives in San Francisco with her adorable husband Girish. She is a French pastry chef now converted into an Ayurvedic enthusiast! She says she has always enjoyed cooking, and when she took her first Ayurvedic vegetarian cooking class a year ago, the kitchen became her favorite place in the house. Shubhangi says “Cooking with fresh organic produce is a form of mediation for me. It’s my happy thing to do…”
